The passage of time in life is inexorable, so even the life of a zither moves forward at its own pace.

And what remains behind us, what in those who have experienced and are experiencing this zither life firsthand?

MEMORIES

However, these are tied to that individual, so the only way to preserve them is to publish a book in which the memories of the zither life are captured,

preserved for future generations of both zither players and zither sympathizers.

And so it is in this case, when Jan Folprecht took up the pen and reminisced and in the book MEMORIES OF A CITERIST he captured his experiences of twenty-five years of zither life in his memories.
